Em dois dias as coisas melhoraram. A chegada da minha irma e a surpresa dos meus pais foi algo que me encheu de animo. Sabia que minha irma vinha mas nao meus pais e esta sendo otimo.
Do ponto de vista medico, estamos estudando possivel alta para proximos dias, tudo dependera dos meus numeros (plaquetas, globulos brancos etc). Nao fosse o nodulo no pulmao, seria uma reuniao com Dr Einhorn e 3 meses de quimio oral, algo mais leve que poderia fazer em casa sem problemas. Como tenho a operacao, vamos estudar a possibilidade de faze-la no Brasil, porque aqui o orcamento ja esta estourado. Alem disso, nos informamos e uma tecnologia disponivel amplamente e Brasil eh sempre referencia com medicina. Isso tudo vamos discuir com Dr aqui e planejar rapidamente. Esse mes sera agitado, como tem sido nossa rotina.

In 2 days, things got better. The arrival of my sister and the surprise of my parents cheered me up. I knew that my sister was coming, but not my parents, and this is great.
Medically speaking, I could go out of the hospital in the next few days, depending on the numbers (platelets, white globules, etc). If it wasn't for the nodule in the lugns, we would have a meeting with Dr Einhorn and it would be 3 months of oral chemo, something lighter that I could do from home. But as there is the surgery, we need to think about few things, like the possibility to do it in Brazil, because here the budget is already burst. Also, the technology for that is something widely used in Brazil, which is always a reference in medecine. We are going to discuss this with Dr Einhorn and arrange everything soon. This month will be agitated, as our routine has been.
